Dear clients and partners,<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors of XO Investments is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Bord<\/b> as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).<\/p>\n

This appointment marks an important milestone in our company\u2019s history, having celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. It forms part of a drive for continuity and development, remaining true to the values and principles that have guided XO Investments since its foundation.<\/p>\n

Having spent 23 years with the company, Vincent Bord possesses in-depth knowledge of our organisation, our business lines and our culture. Over the years, he has actively contributed to the development of XO Investments, whilst building lasting relationships with our clients and partners. His career within the company makes this appointment a natural and logical progression.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors is convinced that Vincent Bord\u2019s personal and professional qualities, together with his experience, are essential assets for guiding the company through the next stages of its development.<\/p>\n

This new organisational structure is also underpinned by a strong and complementary management team. Vincent Bord will carry out this role alongside Michael Gertsch<\/b>, Head of Private Client Services, and Ivan Guidotti<\/b>, Head of Investments, as well as with the support of all XO Investments staff.<\/p>\n

Together, their mission will be to continue developing our company, building on solid foundations \u2013 notably our FINMA licence for collective asset management \u2013 and on an unwavering ambition: to act with independence and rigour in the best interests of our clients.<\/p>\n

For you, this transition will be seamless: the teams supporting you remain fully committed and at your disposal.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors would like to extend its warmest thanks to all clients and partners for the trust they place in our company. We fully recognise the responsibility that this trust entails, and it remains the driving force behind our daily commitment.<\/p>\n

Together with our management team and staff, we are approaching this new phase with confidence and determination. Vincent Bord and the management team are also personally available to you over the coming weeks to speak with each of you in person.<\/p>\n
