A new president for XO Investments

Member of the Board of Directors since 2017, Serge Ledermann will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors of XO Investments on July 1st, 2020.

The Board of Directors of XO Investments is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Serge Ledermann as Chairman.

Serge Ledermann joined the Board of Directors as a member in 2017 and will take over as Chairman on 1 July 2020. He succeeds Mr. Daniel Bürki who is leaving the Board of Directors after 14 years with the company. All partners, directors and employees thank Daniel Bürki for his commitment and kindness. Daniel Bürki has given XO Investments the benefit of his experience and his good humour over the years. We wish him every success for the future.

Serge Ledermann has had a distinguished career in the world of banking and finance, notably as Executive Director at UBP and Bank J Safra Sarasin. He was also a partner at Lombard Odier, then Deputy Managing Director at Retraites Populaires. Mr. Ledermann is a regular guest speaker on investment and pension issues.

Serge Ledermann will provide XO Investments with the benefit of his wide financial experience as a member of the Board of Directors. XO Investments intends to consolidate and strengthen its position as an independent investment advisor and asset manager. In this respect, and in the framework of the new Financial Services Act (LSFin) and the new Financial Institutions Act (LEFin), XO Investments currently regulated by the CHSPP intends to move to direct supervision by the FINMA.
