APPOINTMENT OF TWO NEW INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS TO THE BOARD OF XO INVESTMENTS

Me Alessia Schmid and M. Jörg Odermatt join the board of independent directors of XO Investments as of 1 January 2023. Me Alessia Schmid will assume the vice-presidency.

Alessia Schmid

Ms. Alessia Schmid has extensive experience as a lawyer, practicing in the areas of taxation, finance and entrepreneurship. She is a founding partner of the Athena law firm in Geneva. She is also a partner and director of a group of companies of Swedish origin, active in the production of renewable energy.

This double appointment 
will promote the development 
of XO Investments.

Jörg Odermatt

After commencing his career in large insurance groups, Jörg Odermatt founded PensExpert in 2000, a prominent company in the field of occupational pensions. He has substantial experience in corporate and individual pension provisions, particularly vested benefits and Pillar 3As.

Ms. Schmid and Mr. Odermatt will bring their expertise and guidance to XO Investments as members of the Board of Independent Directors. This double appointment, together with the accreditation as a collective asset manager under the supervision of the FINMA in 2022, will promote the development and growth of XO Investments as an independent investment advisor and asset manager, both in the areas of individual and corporate pension plans and in free savings.
